I think that their miniatures look great and there in lies the angst of this decision. If their product was crap I would have not been so patient with them...over the months and months of orders repeatedly not arriving. The last order (placed in May after two previous attempts failed to show) arrived today (July 9th) and it was missing one of the miniatures that I ordered.
At this point I am so utterly fed up with them I do NOT give a shit about the missing miniature I am just glad to be done with them.
The only way I would ever consider purchasing another one of their minis is if they got a distributor in the US and I could get it through say the War Store.
My recommendation now is save yourself the headache...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
