First we have the Construction Trailer MCCS-CT01, priced at $22 USD, it includes the support legs and staircase. This is the sort of trailer that you can find on most construction sites used as an office.
Construction is pretty much a given in any city or any highway I am traveling...so Latham, at Burn In Designs, has come out with scenery to reflect that modern reality for us on the game table. First we have the Construction Trailer MCCS-CT01, priced at $22 USD, it includes the support legs and staircase. This is the sort of trailer that you can find on most construction sites used as an office. The Half Height Construction Dumpster 1 MCCS-CD01, for $16 is the sort of site dumpster you expect to see. Big enough to hide behind and make a strong argument for it to be hard cover against small arms (especially if it is filled with site debris). The Half Height Construction Dumpster 2 MCCS-CD02, also priced at $16 USD is a slightly different design and I am guessing that it comes with the trailer. I will have to check on that to be sure though. There is the Enclosed Utility Trailer MCCS-UT01, for $10 USD. Great scale on all of these pieces and I can just imagine it on my game table for modern engagements (i.e. Force on Force). I hope you will check all of the items out at Burn In Designs.

Tabletop World has released their Ruined Townhouse, this beefy resin model weighs in at 480g, has a footprint of 10x17x22cm (3.9x6.7x8.7 inches) and a price tag of 57€ ($64.28 USD). Their scenery pieces are well known for being incredibly detailed and have the bar rather high for other companies. This is precisely the sort of scenery that would look great on a Frostgrave table!
TT Combat has just released their latest 28mm scale building, the Star Store. This 3-story building has a footprint of nearly 8" by 12" and a height of 7 1/2" (20 cm x 30 cm x 19.5 cm). Comprised of 3mm MDF and 1mm greyboard it is designed to cap of a street corner perfectly. Anyone hoping that Brexit would keep the British Pound down are in for a disappointment though...the conversion rate for the US Dollar is back to $1,32. As such you are going to pay $36.99 (£27.95).
The T-70 is going to be available this next week from Warlord Games. This resin tank sports a 45mm L/46 gun Model 38 (with 45 rounds) and a coaxial 7.62mm DT machine gun. The Russians used the T-70M to replace the T-60 scout tank and the T-50 light infantry tank, filling both roles. In service from 1942 - 1948, some 8,000+ were produced.
This tank did suffered from a critical design flaw though, a two man crew, the tank commander had to load and fire the main gun and machine gun. Coordinating a tank platoon was made that much more difficult as the tank commander had more than enough to do as it was. In spite of the woefully under gunned 45mm gun there are at least 2 accounts of a T-70 knocking out a Panther at close range...under 200 meters. Zen Terrain has released the MTV Badger, a multi-terrain vehicle that comes with 3 different turret options (autocannon, riot monitoring, and missile launcher). Constructed from 3mm HDF it is 120mm long, 65mm wide, and 55mm tall. Priced at 14.86 € ($16.61 USD). Assembly complexity: hard (for experienced modellers - contains lots of small parts) Sound like a challenge to me! The design is impressive, as it shatters my preconceived notion of what laser cut vehicles look like!

Burn In Designs has just released 2 new items, the Streamline Cruiser Mobile Home and the Teardrop Tow-Behind.
The Streamline Cruiser has an impressive footprint of 10" long by 3' wide by 3 1/2" tall with a host of features it is priced at $28 (USD). The Teardrop Tow-Behind is 6" long, 2 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" tall, priced at $10 (USD). If anyone is wondering Latham used metal foil tape on the Teardrop...it takes a bit of practice to master but the end results are very impressive. If you were like me...you didn't make it to GenCon this year but that doesn't mean you can't find out what went down. Seems like Fantasy Flight Games has just a bit of news from the best 4 days in gaming. Systema Gaming has just come out with a bundle (Base-O Full Table Bundle) which includes... Base-0 Game Mat (NEW) HQ Unit Objective Unit Habitat Unit 1 Habitat Unit 2 Level 1 Walkway Level 2 Walkway Storage Silo Boxes & Containters All for €199.90 ($221.96 USD). Sort of...off topic...Suicide Squad...let's go there. NO SPOILERS
So, a lot of critics have taken a collective poo on Suicide Squad. After going to see it I have absolutely no idea why they got their knickers in a twist. It was a good movie. Margot Robbie steals the show. Jared Leto...is NOT Heath Ledger but that isn't his fault. Will Smith is alright. Enchantress is pretty cool with the first transformation. Jason Bourne on the other hand... OMG...can somebody put an end to the F*#$ING SHAKY CAMERA and the idiot jump cuts?????? What an absolute way to ruin an otherwise good movie. My personal recommendation...don't bother with Bourne. Ok...that is it for now! Hey, if you want more wacky MacAttack geekdom check out...
