Zen Terrain has released their L-shaped residential modules, part of the HAB line, which will stack with these units. Constructed from 3mm hardboard these have substantial surface detailing and even have stairs leading to the roof/2nd level. With a height of 2 3/4 inches (70mm), length of 7 inches (175mm), and a width of 8 inches (205mm) they have a good sized footprint on the table. Clearly designed with Infinity in mind they represent an alternative to the Micro Art Studios District 5 series.

Laser Cut Card has a new range of buildings specifically designed for Infinity the Game. Another manufacturer who is thinking outside of the standard shoe box, with curved designs that even Red Harvest would appreciate! While the interiors of these buildings are not playable there are those that find this preferable. If you get his three bundle deals you are going to have six buildings for your table, for less than $90 US.

It is the final 5 days of the Feldmaster campaign on Indiegogo, which is 60% funded at this point. However, I have to emphasize that this campaign is Flexible Funding...meaning that even if they don't reach their goal that every backer WILL get what they ordered! While this is certainly good for backers it may not incentivize us (yes, I am a backer) to get the word out. We have our great deal so their isn't that sense of urgency as you see a great campaign fall short of its goal, knowing that you will lose out.

As such, here I am standing on my little soap box screaming at the top of my lungs about how great I think this product is.

Why?

The point of this website, especially the Gaming News section, is to shine a light on the non-established and smaller companies. Trying to be noticed when there are so many products clamoring for our money is incredibly tough! So when I find a product that deserves recognition I am glad to be able to highlight it. Since I first started Copplestone Castings I've followed my changing interests (some would say whims) through the burning sands of the Gobi Desert to the dark forests of the Northlands, via the subterranean bases of evil masterminds, and sculpted an eclectic range of miniatures, mostly 28mm but with some 10mm and 15mm fantasy too. 

Now these ranges are being looked after here at North Star and at last I'll have more time to add new miniatures to them.

Fantasy Flight Games has announced Wave III for Star Wars Armada...

I have to say that I am going to join a rather vocal chorus in saying that I am suitably...underwhelmed.

The press release informs us that we can expect the Gozanti-class cruiser, which I am certainly glad to see. Then we have the Rebel Transports Expansion Pack...the GR-75 medium transports. In both instances they are fielded as Flotillas.

The scuttle butt is that something is up with this wave, mainly centered around the cropped image and the "revised" title of said image. At this moment in time though, I have to say that two ships for Wave III...well it feels to me that Armada is not feeling the love.
