Here you have two options...the first is Gaming News which should be pretty self explanatory really. I try to limit myself only to news items relating to RPGs, wargames, board games, and a few video games.
The second is my soapbox, where I will from time to time start a discussion concerning topics that are important to me...still restricted to the overall topic of gaming. You are always welcome to reply, even if it is to disagree with me. While I hope that everyone will keep the discussion measured and thoughtful...I understand that passions will flair on occasion.
In those instances, I will not censor unless the replies digress into serious threats of violence or doxing. Should that occur, I will inform the proper authorities and provide the pertinent user information.
While we are not delicate little snowflakes, there are lines that I will not allow to be crossed on my site.
Being rude or even crude, offering up ideas that offend are NOT offenses that constitute a serious threat of violence. One would hope that we can be civil but this is the internet and I am well versed in the realities of the 21st century. My suggestion would go like this...if you can't legally get into an R rated movie then you should stay out of The Soapbox. There is no way that I can police that...but that would be my ardent suggestion.
