Headlines: WW2 to Infinity

Warlord Games is now taking pre-orders for Bolt Action Second Edition!

Interesting changes...

Armed transports, the squad deploys but the driver can take a day trip and can let loose with the vehicles mg!

Big explosions, HE blasts now use templates to determine damage!

Officers activate other units, so you can order multiple units to advance or fire together.

Not quite down with Warlord Games or Bolt Action...turns out they have something else up their sleeve.

I give to you the...SD.KFZ.234 MIT LUCHS TURM!
Picture
This more than likely...one off...was what happens when men with cutting torches and welders have too much free time on their hands. All you need is a Panzer II Luchs turret and one Sd Kfz 234/2 chassis. It is now available from Warlord Games here.

The picture below shows the only known example serving with the 20 Pz.Div Hungary April 1945.

Warsenal is offer these GenCon limited edition releases for Infinity...when they are gone...their gone.

Warsenal Studio B (Alcazana range of Haqqislam-themed terrain)
Taugak Redoubt (Morat Trenchworks System)
Taugak Headquarters (Morat Trenchworks System)

Fantasy Flight Games: Imperial Aces

If you were waiting for the moment to dust off your TIE Defender...it has arrived!

Imperial Aces gives you two title cards, the TIE/x7 and the TIE/D which make the Defender not only a valuable asset but one that is going to be hard not to choose.
Picture
I'll take Twin Ion Engine Mk. II, Countess Ryad, Push the Limit and a box of Huggies (for my opponent). That's right, 10 green maneuvers to burn stress, green straight maneuvers 2-5 that you can swap out into green K-turns, 1 free evade for 3-5speed maneuvers. If that doesn't warm up your maneuvering thrusters...you get 2 actions every round! All this...while shaving 2 points off your TIE/x7 cost.
Picture
Want something a bit more brutal?

Say hello to the TIE/D, two attacks per round. Smack them with a Flechette Cannon, Ion Cannon or Tractor Beam...it really doesn't matter...you are still forcing them to choose when to burn their Evades or Focus. The Twin Ion Engine Mk. II mod and Push the Limit are still excellent choices for this title card.

Cardboard Dungeon does a great review of the entire box set...as if you needed more reason to buy the Imperial Veterans Expansion Pack!

So there you are, you got your Infinity army (preferably Nomads) and now you need a table's worth of terrain...what to do?

Relax, MC Studio has got your back with their Neo Casa line!
Picture
For $200 (US) you got everything you need to setup a slick looking table that is sure to have plenty of visual impact.

Don't need an entire table?

Not a problem...
Picture
If you have been a member of the Infinity community for a while, you will know that the man behind MC Studios is a fan of the game and his terrain is made for it!

I should note that they are on vacation until August 8th.

Check it out and let me know what you think in the comments!

Secret Weapon Miniatures: Tablescapes Dungeons Kickstarter

Secret Weapon Miniatures has a Kickstarter going for a new line of modular rpg dungeon tiles that nearly slipped by me. With less than 2 weeks remaining this Kickstarter is blowing through its stretch goals and may very well be something that you might be interested in.
Picture
These tiles are going to be made out of PVC, light weight and more durable than resin...it has a lot to offer. Their choice of material is also why they have teamed up with Reaper, which has considerable experience with PVC. It also means that you have the opportunity to add on a significant number of Reaper minis and paints to your Kickstarter pledge.
Tablescape Dungeons looks like a very cool modular RPG dungeon set, be sure to let me know what you think in the comments!

TT Combat: Brownstone A & B

The folks at TT Combat are not ones to sit around pondering what to do next. They have a steady stream of new releases, the most recent products being Brownstone A and Brownstone B.
These three story buildings stand 9 inches tall, 5 inches wide and 8 1/4 inches deep. Priced to move, each building is around $18.50 (USD) at current exchange rates (£13.95 GBP).
As you can see these buildings are sectional and allow full access to the interior. Loaded with details they are sure to add a lot of character to your game table!
